Subject:SF9 registration?

Hi,

have inserted my software code number and machine ID where it asks - cut'n'pasted so there is no error ~ and Sony will not process the information, says the request 'failed'.

help please.

Have you authorised over 4 times ? If so, an email to customer support requesting more activations will help.

That's all fine and good, except in my situation, when I went to the email customer support page, it forced me to re-login (I was already logged in) and then told me my account was disabled. I can no longer login, which you have to do in order to email support! I've been a loyal Sound Forge customer since v4.0 and bought all kinds of plugins, etc. that are now free with the software. This is extremely aggrivating! I guess I'll have to create a new dummy login just to have the right to EMAIL them! I never had these problems before they were owned by Sony!
