How do I render a file NTSC 1080p 30FPS to PAL 50I color space 601

Well, there really isn't such a thing as NTSC or PAL in HD. Just pick a 25fps 1920x1080 template and then tweak the custom settings as needed.

Sorry, forgot to say, it has to be Pal 50I SD 720.576 color space 601, any idea how to render to that? I sent an Mp4 file, but they tell me it has to be that color space, i couldn't find anything to change it, thanks !!
