Protype Titler question

Hi - does the Protype titler create vector text so that when you scale and zoom in, the text remains perfectly sharp (unlike th normal text generator - although i know there are workarounds)?

It certainly looks like it from my testingthe trial version out but I couldn't see any reference to it on the manual.
