How long does email support take nowadays?

I haven't used them for quite a while but I recall them being relatively prompt...I've tried to contact them twice starting a week ago and still nothing.

It's been years since I needed help from Sony. Come to think of it, it wasn't Sony, it was Sonic Foundry.

Other people on the forums have answered all of my questions since then.

I contacted SCS once earlier this year for help and it took them a full month to finally reply. Also, they were not able to resolve the problem I was seeing.

Similar experience but the answer has nothing to do with submitted issue.

I've got bug reports about audio handling for cineform files and the
new multicamera full frame mode that have been sitting as "New"
for ten days now. Whatever the support queue is, it is deeper than
10 days. I imagine they are buried in all sorts of little bugs related
to 10d.
