No wave forms are shoing anywhere

I posted about this problem a few days ago but it seems to have gotten worse. Wave forms of audio files aren't showing up anywhere, in the trimmer or in the time line. Any ideas?

What is the source of the audio files?

If you can hear the audio, maybe the waveforms just aren't displaying? Check this setting on the pulldown menu: View: Audio Event Waveforms

That was it. I must have hit the shortcut code for that by accident. Thanks. I wonder why anyone would want to turn these off anyway?
