Can anyone help me with technical support?

When I go and fill out their long form, enter my question and hit "continue" at the bottom, it takes me to a similar page, with all the fields blank and asks for most of the information I just entered, plus an ID and password.

Are they talking about my forum password, or a special tech support password?

I tried my forum info, and just got bounced to another page full of empty fields.

This reminds me of the TSA screening at the airport: illogical, tedious, useless. . .
