Vegas Pro 10 Training Download

If any of you have downloaded the free Vegas Pro 10 Training tutorial with your Vegas Pro 10 purchase did you notice whether the "\TrainingForComputerViewing" has all the videos that are listed in the "_Instructions.html" file?

My download seems to be missing videos (9 through 15 per the Index), stopping at the Multicam.wmv (#8 in the Index).

I have 17 videos in that folder, the last one being
CopyrightNotice.wmv which isn't listed in the html list

I also have 17 files in that folder (not including the jpg file and the thumbs.db file). I'm sorry I selected that option - I'm not impressed with the two that I watched so far. I wish I had gone for the sound effects.

Same here, I wish I had gone for the Sound Forge instead. I wasn't impressed by the training at all, especially the way it appeared after the download.

After a 14hr wireless overnight download, I received all of the files. However, I am disappointed in the training series. It is more of an "update to vegas 10" in my opinion. I believed it to be a comprehensive trainnig guide for the entire program, not just for the updates and improvements. Oh-well, live and learn.

I keep harping on high advance tutorials. I think Boris is going to bring it to us. It was impressed that Boris K. the “man” was online after the webinar. Boris training is going to take Vegas composting tools to a whole new level. My thinking is Vegas training right now is at a level that Boris FX’s, Pro Animator, and Red Giant were five years ago. Now Boris and the others have taking it to a whole new level.

So I will suggest once again is to put a team together to create video samples and for sale high end 3 D composting templates and training. Vegas have a lot of features that are untapped. And most people don’t know what they are and how to use it.

Hmmmm "composting tools" and "composting templates". I'm not usually one to pick on others for spelling - Lord knows, I make enough of them myself, but "composting" surely gives your post a whole different "smell".

Cheers

I see others with long down load times. I have requested information elsewhere on how to obtain this file even though I see many are disappointed in the level of usefulness. I am on satelite, Hughesnet, which is FAP limited. I have tried mseveral times and I have 2.4 gig of the 2.65 gig file then it breaks. It will not let me reconnect for completion of the download. I have sent requests to Sony to obtain a disk and I will pay. Is there any other way to get my copy of this file elsewhere? I am registered, paid for it, loyal 10 plus year customer and this is how we are treated? Can someone direct me to customer service contact that can help getting a copy of the seminar that comes with my Vegas 10 selection? Maybe I should just ask for a different freebee? thank you.
