Odd, I have not had any at all in at least a month, but I check their site just about every day.
Looks like business-as-usual to me, I hope.

Haven't had any spam from DJ in months.

Oh, cr*p. I haven't even opened and installed the latest from DJ, and they come up with another "too good to pass" offer in today's email - ten new Editor's Toolkits for $99. And, free shipping.

I usually get two or three a day also. I did win an iPad from them a couple of months ago, so I guess I dont mind the constant emails! :)

They seem to be introducing new products at a pretty fast clip. They're also producing & pushing a lot of (free) training videos. I think that's why you're seeing more email.

As an aside for any relatively new guys, their training videos are pretty darn good. Even if you don't own the software (After Effects/Apple Motion/etc) that the video happens to use or the DJ products they are showing off, it's still great to see some different creativity. A number of effects/techniques can be replicated in Vegas from the non-Vegas products, although the more sophisticated compositing & 3D effects are completely beyond Vegas.

To me, it comes across as desperate.
