Just wondering, again, if the newer QT 10.0.1 is safe to use with Vegas 9.e? Are there any know issues with it?
Thanks

Are you running a Mac? QT10 is only good on a Mac. Otherwise, Windows is still version 7.

I assume you meant iTunes 10.0.1 rather than QT which on a PC is still QT 7.x.x
Even on a Mac QT is still 10.0

QT7 is the only version for pro editors (including the non-Pro QT version).

QT 10 is a consumer version that supports various Apple gadgets but doesn't have the features video pros usually need.

Someday they will merge again...

Ooops! Thanks folks..I misread the updater. it was iTunes plus QT. It made me think there was a new QT.
Sorry!

Mark (SWS), after much begging and pleading from my wife and kids, I installed it and can confirm that Pro 9.0e (on XP Pro) does work with the newest iTunes.
I loaded in a wide variety of QuickTime-type files and had no problems.
