Video interlacing question

I've tried changing project and media properties to several different options, but I can't seem to get this right. Anyone have any suggestions?

What various settings can be changed to potentially remove this error?

Are you changing your video size, cropping or zooming? Be sure to set your Render quality to "Best".

It's not an error. What is your source footage, what is you project settings and what it your target format. Make sure you have a "Deinterlace method" selected in the Project Properties. I would use interpolate for high action video.
