They display in Windows Explorer. This happens in v8 as well. Even moved them into a new folder and Vegas sees nothing...

Are they "hidden"?

Click the "refresh" button in the Vegas explorer window.

no they are not hidden (they displa fin in Windows Explorer)...I did refresh several times. I just made new directories and copied them to the respective directories. Fine now.

I have "show hidden files" turned on in Windows. The hidden folders do show up in Windows Explorer but did not in Vegas' Explorer. I tested before I posted to verify I could get them to show up in one place but not the other.

Vegas explorer is pretty dumb. It would be nice to see it updated to work with Windows 7 libraries and have favorites saved beyond a session.

And have the very useful favorites show up in every Vegas/MM/DVDA dialog that allows you to select a folder.

EDIT: But favorites settings do remain across sessions on my computer.

I have never gotten Vegas' Explorer favorites to save across sessions. Is there a setting somewhere?

I've not done anything special to make them "stick". I'm running Vegas Pro 9, are you?
