I have two questions. First the simpler one:
I have installed and reinstalled Vegas Video Pro 9.0c, but there are no help files. In other words, when clicking the "Help" menu no help is showing. The same is true for context help and F1. What is the problem, and how can it be fixed?
The second question may be a bit more complicated. I have HDV footage, and the Video properties setting in Vegas is set to HD 1080-60i (1920x1080, 29.970 fps). When I attempt to render to Video: 29.970 fps, 720x480 Progressive, YUV, 18.3 Mbps Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.212 the height of the resulting m2t footage is lesser than what is showing in the Vegas Pro 9c preview window. Thus the top and bottom of the rendered video is cut off in the m2t file.
How can I fix this problem so that the rendered video aspect matches what I see in the preview window?
