Subject:Normailze to RMS, region by region?

I have a ton of files, each with hundreds of regions.

I need to go through each region, select the data in each region, and normalize to RMS.

It's a lot of clicks to do this - is there a script that does this, or one that I can modify? I've got the full version of SF8

Never used the scripting before, and after this I doubt I'll need to use it again for a long time, so I don't know where to begin.

Thanks!

There is no sample that does this, although there are samples that show you how to walk through the region list, and others that show you how to normalize a range.

Have a look at the scripts called "NewFilesFromRegions.cs" to see how to walk the region list (called the marker list in scripts) and "NormalizeAndRenderMulti.cs" to see how to normalize.

and, of course, have a look at the "simple batch script" posted by the forum admin. Its post number 9 in my listing currently.
