It's legit. The sign up was via the SCS Newsletter. If you asked SCS not to send you emails, you didn't get an invitation.

The only answer you're going to get will be something along the lines of "Soon, only not yet".

I signed up for this and then later found out that its in the middle of the day for me. I'll be at my dayjob.

Does anybody know if they will replay the webinar at a later time? Or better yet does anybody know of a fantastic screen recording program? I've tried several free ones and they seem ok, but a little lacking. Any recommendations? I really want to watch this class.

Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up. First time for me, I take it this is no charge and any idea how long it lasts?

Does anyone know how 11.00 am CST converts to GMT ?

edit : Googled it - CST is 6 hours behind GMT

Makes it 1.00 am here in Perth - a little difficult.

They did one of these webinars for the launch of Sound Forge 10. After it was over they made a video from it and made it available so anyone who missed it live could see it again. I'd hope (and expect) that they will do the same sort of thing with this Vegas webinar.

PS. You can see the SF10 webinar here.

Maybe this world clock will help. It shows current time all around the world.

DWhitevidman wrote on 1/27/2010, 12:54 PM
So what's suppose to happen once you sign up? Just come back to the same place where you signed up and there will something to click on to join?

You will receive notification.
