Subject:Can't Move Edit Point With As Much Precision as v9

Using mouse, it's not possible to click a pixel to the left or right of the edit cursor to change its position. Requires a further move than before. INFURIATING. Not a problem in v9! This alone is making my first hours with the demo agonizing for selecting and editing. If this is not fixed, I WILL NOT BUY THE UPGRADE. Type of mouse is irrelevant.

Yep, Jace, I have experienced exactly the same problem. And something as seemingly minor as this is indeed infuriating, but unfortunately for me, I have already bought version 10. Can only hope now that it's fixed along with all the other annoying bugs. Even version 5.0 was rock solid compared to this. I'm very disappointed.

Disable "Quantize to Frames" and/or "Snapping> Snap to Grid Lines" in the "Options" menu.

Both of these are already disabled. If I click on a point in the timeline, but want to click just next to it for accuracy, SF10a doesn't reposition the cursor.

You sure you haven't enabled snap to zero crossings?

Hi Angels, Snap To Zero Crossings is enabled, but I've always had this on in previous versions and it only ever came into effect if I was clicking and dragging to make a selection - but not when just placing the cursor.
