Subject:Can I upgrade to Mastering Effects Bundle 2 on 9.0

Is it possible to upgrade to Mastering Effects Bundle 2 on my version of SF 9.0, or is my only choice to upgrade to SF 10? Can I upgrade individual plug-ins via izotope?
