When I was camparing SF 9 and 10, I forgot that I had "Izotope".

I installed it on my SF9 I cannot find the iZotope plug ing in SF 9.

It does show up in Acid, but it is not usable.

Why would it not show up in SF 9?

iZotope plugs (assuming Ozone here) come in a couple of flavours - there are DX and VST versions (that SF / AP could see).

You may simply need to organise / reorganise your FX Favourites folder, and drag over the iZotope plugin to somewhere visible.

Tried it. They do not show up. They do in acid, but can not access them there.

Grab another copy from iZotopes' website - and re-install (without uninstalling).

See if that cures it

Do I install one by one or a pack?

Assuming it's Ozone, install the pack since they're integrated.
