OT: Synchronize folders utility

What do you guys use (preferably free) to synchronize files between a folder on the hard drive and a usb thumb drive?

I have my computer at home and will have another one on location when we start rehearsals, and want to update / sync files on both daily with the least effort.

Microsoft has two good free sync utilities, one is called "Sync Toy" and the other is "Rich Copy."

SyncToy is easy to use and works well, Rich Copy is feature-laden and has far greater capabilities, but configuring it is a bit more involved.

Thanks for the suggestions. I installed Sync Toy and it looks like it will do just what I want. I'll try the other suggestion also after we get through our audition schedule.
