Microsoft has two good free sync utilities, one is called "Sync Toy" and the other is "Rich Copy."

SyncToy is easy to use and works well, Rich Copy is feature-laden and has far greater capabilities, but configuring it is a bit more involved.

Allwaysync is another good one.

They have a free version and a $19.95 "Pro" version. I bought pro a few years ago and get lifetime updates.

Thanks for the suggestions. I installed Sync Toy and it looks like it will do just what I want. I'll try the other suggestion also after we get through our audition schedule.
