I have some SD footage that I shot on my HDR-FX1, widescreen. I use a standard NTSC DV widescreen template and work there. I do levels adjustment, but that is about the most effects I use. For some reason, whenever i render out a .wmv, no matter the quality, it does not look as good as what I see in the preview window in vegas. I can render out a CBR dual pass at 5M at Best 870 x 480 square PAR, this should be the "ultra" settings, shouldn't it? Am I missing something?
