I would love a way to have all the audio media in a project conform to the Project Specs and a particular user-defined format. example:

Convert all audio media in project to .wav 48k 16bit mono/stereo (depending on source channel attributes). Then it would replace the originals in the project and relink to the new ones.

I often have to convert Vegas sessions to OMF with EDL Convert and it often chokes when I don't realize there's some strange file format hiding in my project.

Could someone write this? I would be amazingly grateful and I think it would be a REALLY handy script. I already have a script which copies all media into the project folder and combining that with this would be ideal.
