metronome & grid spacing

I must be missing something in VV...
If I set the properties for the ruler time format to
'measures and beats', why don't the metronome clicks land on
the grid lines? I have the ruler marks set at measures and
beats in Options, also. Seems like I've tried all
combinations.

Hi Jim -
This works fine for me. Are you setting the project properties (alt-
enter) to the correct bpm for your project? The measures and beats
will correspond to this value. Then the metronome should hit on the
down beat and 1/4 beats. My line up perfectly... hmmm.
