Subject:.m4a Encoder for SF ?

I've recently listened to a few m4a files on a friends web site, and they sound extremely good.

Are there any plans to add an m4a encoder to SF ?

Best regards,
Rick Z

If your version of Sound Forge has the Mainconcept or Sony AVC/AAC encoder, you already have an exceptionally high quality .m4a encoder on your machine.

Render an audio-only .mp4 file using the bit / sample rates you choose ( the default settings work great), and it should play just fine in QT or iTunes. You can rename the extension of any audio-only .mp4 to .m4a if you wish, and vice versa -- it's the same thing.

You can also do the same thing in Vegas.
