I wonder if this product overcomes the 'spinning disk' sound that plagued the Belkin iPod recorder attachment.

It won't be available until Q32008, so figure at least 2 months if not more. I couldn't find any pricing info which makes me think this might not be as far down the development path as the website seems to indicate.
