Subject:Sample Rate lock

Is there a way to change the sample rate on a project once it has been started in another. I'm looking at the ARC room correction software, but it requires running at 48khz and I've created 44,100khz projects.

Use the project properites audio tab to set the project sample rate.

As long as you hardware supports the sample rate, you can set it to anything you want.
