Subject: Ripped off by Sony

I was ripped off by Sony, I purchase Acid Music Studio 7.0 and it will not work on my machine, I exceed all the recommended system requirements. I have been dealing with their tech support group for 2 weeks and they are giving me the run around, I am sure I am not the only one that has had problems like this. Today they had the nerve to ask me to fill out a customer service survey. Since it is almost impossible to contact Sony any other way than their worthless email support I thought other people might like the opportunity to fill out the same survey I was asked to complete.

dmzim, try phoning them.
I did so from Australia, when I had some registration problems with vegaspro 8- I also have acid pro6,(can't wait for a new version of acid) and I found then very helpful indeed.
Sometimes it is necessary do bypass clunky email, or form systems to get clear understanding and efficient communication.
Phoning the states is not that exxy, give it a shot dmzim you may be pleasantly surprised :)
