I appreciate any help you guys can offer on this question.

Does Vegas have the ability to play sounds from the Timeline AND the Explorer window at the same time?

I know ACID has this feature, but Vegas seems to crash frequently when doing this.

I'm running 8b on Windows XP Pro with a Layla 3g sound card and its ASIO drivers.
