I've just released the first version of my freeware keyer. In a lot of situations it can achieve better results than the Vegas keyer. Also it has spill suppression and shrink/erode matte.
It needs the .net 2.0 framework, which you already have installed if you use a recent version of vegas. In the first version it only works with non-interlaced image sequences.
