I ran across this website last night and was playing with it pretty much all day today (didn't get an ounce of work done)!
The concept: Make up subtitles to foreign films and then email them to a friend. The guys in the office and myself had a blast with this today. Here is a link to one that has been done already:

What an absolute blast!

And here I was spending all this energy doing live "interpreting" of foreign language TV channels for my wife... :O)

Here's one I did for a member of another forum. It seems the other members there were 'photoshopping' an image of him.

'Handsome'

With a little practice with timing and punctuation, it's possible to match the video pretty well.
