Automatic conversions with CDA

I use Sound Forge to record two track, usually tracking or capturing in 88.2 and 24 bit. I notice that when I just throw that file at CDA, it will burn it and produce a 44.1 16 bit CD. Does anyone know what method of resampling or bit-depth change conversions are used? Also, does it make much difference to resample and change bit depth in Sound Forge before burning the disc with CDA?
Thanks,
SG

You can control the resampling settings at the File>Properties>Audio tab. The Sony Dither plug-in is automatically added to the Master Bus. You can open the plug-in chain and adjust the dither settings there.

Shamless plug: This topic is covered in my new interactive video tutorial on SF 8 and CDA 5.2 which is scheduled to be released shortly.
