OT - mixed mode cd

Hi There -
I have an audio cd that was given to me un-finalized. The client wants to add a video of one of the songs as an extra on the CD. I have Nero and I know I've done this before but I can't seem to figure it out. It doesn't seem to give me the option to append to the CD as data and burn. If anyone knows, can they email me at cdm@cdmstudios.com? or post here?

I'd love to know how to do this too. I also have someone asking me right now if I can put a video of their band on their CD. I've seen it done before but I don't know how to do it.
