Very nice! But did you see the creative time/render time?! YIKES!

Time required to match overlapping images: 20 hours
Time required to optimise project: 4 hours
Time required to compose the image: 3 full days using 5 high-end pcs
Time required to blend seams / correct misalignments / finalise image: 2 days
Yeah , I noticed on the Volvo wagon, the detailers left a 2inch Spot of wax on the front fender, and the right rear tire looks 5psi too low ; ).
Actually what struck me is the barrel distortion, if you look at those cars there Squooshed!
Now that's a big picture! I also noticed the cars look distorted. Also, if you look along the streets on the right side, you'll find some half-people (upper, or lower half missing). Looks very strange. The makers must have had trouble stitching area's with a lot of detail.
I seem to have 2 threads going on this subject. We lost our Broadband network just at the time I made the first post. It didn't come back until 18:30 GMT so things got a bit screwed up.
Just out of curiosity I imported the bmp into Vegas. You can create quite a good simulation of a helicopter flight around the town. (Just need an authentic chopper sound now)
Now you never know who's watching.. guess I need to start wearing clean underwear and to quit picking my nose... hate to have that end up on someone's website.
There are two clocks visible, showing 3:05 and 3:15, which would be somewhere within the hour and 12 minutes it took to capture all the images contained in the panorama.
