Read this thread. The date is easy enough, but personally I don't think putting the time in a subtitle is very practical. Subtitles are static pieces of text that you set to display for a specified amount of time -- ie, they are distinct events that say such-and-such. In order to have a regular timestamp in the subtitle, you'd have to have a new event every second. Unless your "clock" doesn't have a seconds place...
