Hi everyone
I need help...
I Capture a 2 hours video from my vcr, then i render my video and audio files (ac3) via vegas5. Now, when i transfer them to my DVD architect, i find out that the audio and video files are not equal in length. Thus, there is no synchronization between them. How can i fix that problem? It is urgent.

Thanks.....

Hi BJ M
Nope, they are not in sync there too, i have to move the audio timeline to get the right synchronization.
But, in the DVD architect, there is no way to do it.
Another clue, the unrendering or raw files do not have that problem.
Thanks........

To BJM
Is there anyway to manually move the Audio track in the DVD architect software so they can start at the same time.
Thanks for your advice........

not that i am aware of in DVDA (but i don't use it or know much about it - but i am 99% it can not do it as not many authoring apps can)
- BUT you can offset a prerendered ac3 file though without re-rendering your audio .. of course you can not start the audio before the video but you can delay it and that is very common ..

this free too will add offset or remove it in any amount you want (or pad the end) http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=AC3_Delay_Corrector
