Windows Media 10 doesn't play rendered files

Has anyone had problems playing WMV8 & WMV9 rendered files with the new Windows media10 software? I updated to Windows Media 10 and now they don't play...

I just updated to WM 10 and now Vegas produces an error when you try to begin rendering a Windows Media file. Bottom line, can't render to Windows Media format since "upgrading".

The only problem i'm seeing so far is that MPEG-2 files i render for DVD-Architect won't play in WMP 10. It causes the player to hang while searching for a codec. urlmap.exe shows up in the process task list. Clicking the close button seems to do nothing other than make part of the menu disappear. I can close WMP 10 manually from the task list, but it takes several minutes for the window to finally go away.

Other than that i'm having no problem playing Vegas-rendered files in WMP 10.

I was having that MPEG-2 hang in MP9 as well.
