I am recording something in a game (Call of Duty) with fraps (www.fraps.com registered version) and then editing it in vegas vid 5, then trying to compress it. Divx codec doesnt look to bad but it has the logo in the right hand corner. But, i try the other ones, some of them come out great, but others they come out horrible :\.

The DivX logo can be turned off in the "Decoder Configuration Utility". Theres a check box under the quality settings tab named "disable logo". This tells me that the logo is not "burned" into the video, just displayed when decoding/playing the finished clip. But users who have not turned it off will of course still see it.
