I cant figure out how to set Veiws and also how to assgin the 1-10 Veiws to keyboard

you mean TEMPLATES?
Just set up the layout template the way you'd like it to look, then press CTRL+ALT+D, then the keyboard number you want to assign that layout to. To recall a layout, press ALT+D, then the number you assigned it to.
Remember to use the keyboard numbers, not the 10 key numbers/numpad.
