update to BatchRenderGUI+NamedRegions.js

Howdy all,

"BatchRenderGUI+NamedRegions.js" is an enhancement of Sonic Foundry's/Sony's original "Batch Render.js"

I had added a "render on region name" feature to Sony's script dated Mar. 25, 2003, which I refer to as version 1.1.

Some changes in script handling by Vegas 5.0a/5.0b broke that script. Fortunately, Sony had also released a "Batch Render.js" dated Mar. 21, 2004 with some additional error handling in one of the functions.

I've since migrated that change to a version 1.2 of "BatchRenderGUI+NamedRegions.js"

BTW, thanks to the anonymous Sonic Foundry/Sony scripter who created the script in the first place. I'd like to properly credit him/her in the script, but understand the corporate mentality of not crediting specific contributors to a "collective" effort. I don't agree with it, but understand it. :-)
