Why is there time code show in subtitle of txt file that I export from V5 region ???

Sounds like your region list isn't quite formated in the way DVDA is expecting. Could you copy a few lines from the text file and post them here?

I think that DVDA don`t support chinese font!!
I try English font is OK !!!

It does support Chinese fonts (as in, you can select a Chinese font when you're formating the subtitles within DVDA), but I'm not entirely sure how it would handle the font if you set it in Vegas and then save the regions to a text file. Text files don't store font information. Heck, I didn't even think Vegas regions can have different fonts -- can they?
