Subject:Copying key progressions

If I have, say, five verses of a key progression for a piece do I have to painstakingly enter the entire verse over and over again 5 times or is there some way to copy and paste?

You mean the events themselves? Try the paste repeat command (CTRL+B is the shortcut).

No--just the progressions themselves, so I can use different events in different verses.

Is this doable?

Are you playing the progression or are you using key change markers? If you’re using key change markers I don’t think there is any way to copy and paste them. I think you just have to add them over and over again.
