I don't think that legally applies here filmy because they've indicated that the article is "BY SONY"....

I'm wondering if there will be support for SACD since the year end RIAA report for 2003 is out and shows the first sales stat for SACD coming in at a whopping $26.3m which is more than all 3 year dollar reports for DVD-Audio combined.... Hmmmmm .... I hope we get SACD support, too!

Yep SACD sure is a SoPhil thang. So is CD - maybe they'll fix the CDA5 things that need fixing too ?

First off, I like SACD, but am curious. That RIAA total: are Hybrid CD/SACDs counted as SACDs?

I'm not sure where those numbers came from, but from my audi hardware design background, I see things leaning more towards the development towards DVD audio compared to SACD.
