Here's a new glitch...

So, just finished the last edits on a 6 minute medical video, rendered it, compressed it (via sorenson squeeze), posted it on the web, and the client emailed me about a capitalization error.

Apparently, on this last render, Vegas took upon itself to capitalize about 40% of the "i"'s in my titles!

Not all of them...but a bunch of them. I just went back to the timeline, and everything is correct. Checked the .avi that I originally rendered and it had capital "I"s where they shouldn't have been....

Maybe my caps lock was on while rendering? :)

Did it cap any other letters?

Are you sure they are capped and not just running together to look like one line rather than a dot and a line?

You might try a different font.

It's actually a cap. The font I used has wings on the capital I's, and they're in there.

I re-rendered, and it's fine. Can't get it to happen again...

TC - I'm interested . . . any solution you've found would be greatly appreciated . . . none other than yourself - I'll be bound!

GK - Stay with mono coloured socks; swap fancy Christmas/Birthday socks back at store - better still a rebate and buy new DV s/w; lets have a sock swap shop - people could bring their "orphans" and have them made whole by their wandering "twin"; dieing is good fun!; "chop" one of yer feet off - nah not good!; use rogue sock as polishing/cleaning pad for the removing those unsightly smears on your precious woodwork; A real boon to polishing silver - don't yer know!; buy twice as many socks as you need; only wear ONE sock and become a fashion Guru; wear mismatched socks and have people believe your eccentricty preceeds you - like this one! . . . . . any good?

Still interested in the "i" "I" thing, Thrill . . .
