Haven't seen it. I usually have them activated all the time. If it worked before, and something weird happens... the first thing I try regardless of application is a cold reboot. Like magic, many times that cures what's wrong. Suggesting more often than not it was a Windows thing.

It might have something to do with your video card. Are you using the latest drivers?

I have used the scopes without incident. In fact I use the realtime feature to mortify acquaintances whose other NLEs can't display "moving" scopes.

Reduce Graphics acceleration to 75%, this should correct your problem. It's a video card issue in most instances that this occurs.
