Subject:mono ac3 to dvd. help !!!

We need to put our mono wav-files to the DVD. As much as we can fit.

We have produced (using Soft Encoder setting: 1/0(C), 56kbps, 48kHz, Save frames in Intel byte order uncecked) *.ac3 files.

Is anyone knows DVD authorisation tool that accept this low quality audio files.
We have tryed several without lack.
HELP !!!!!!
