Vegas 3.0c BUG: Inacurrate Rendering of Selection Length

[Corrected!! Sorry for the confusion...]]

I'm hoping this is a fluke, because if it isn't this would explain dissapearing consonants we've experienced in some of our narration editing:

After making a selection, and rendering that selection using the "Render As..." command in Vegas Video 3.0c's "File" menu to render the tracks to a mono 44.1 kHz 24-bit file and checking "Render Loop Region Only", the rendered file does not in fact contain the whole length of the selection (or "loop") length, and is in fact short by about 30k samples or so.

This can be the differrence between "Sonic" and "Soni...", and is in fact a pretty serious bug. I will try to reproduce when I have more time.
