Playing AC3 Files under Windows Software -AC-3 Encoder

Now, (using Nimo Codec Pac), we want to play the AC3 stream with windows media player, but we have a lot of problems, or there is no sound, or it is chopped. The fact is that if we use other AC3 streams, from a DVD movie by example, windows media player sounds good with them, and when we use our AC3 streams not sounds good. Please, Cold you help us?
